This page describes the information collected by the Dispatch Foreman waitlist and how the current site uses it.

What the waitlist collects
When you join, the waitlist collects:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your trade
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your consent choice and, when you consent, the date and time it was recorded
Consent is optional. You can join with the consent box unchecked. The site records an affirmative-consent timestamp only when the box is checked.
Why it is collected
The details are used to create and maintain your waitlist entry. If you opt in, the consent choice allows Dispatch Foreman to contact you by email, phone or text about the waitlist and launch. The waitlist does not create an account, start a service or take a payment.
Waitlist entries are stored using the website platform provider and sent to the company's Polsia dashboard. If dashboard recording is unavailable, the site uses the configured company-inbox fallback notification.
Dispatch Foreman does not sell or share personal information.
Private contractor workspace
Signed-in contractors can save a participating business phone number, a proposed follow-up message, caller phone numbers, consent method and notes, and opt-out records. These records are scoped to the contractor account that created them. Waitlist consent is not used as permission for missed-call text-backs.
Opt-out records remain in that account and suppress future service messages. The current workspace has no call or SMS connection, so it does not send messages or show call and delivery events.
Deletion requests and contact
If the launch does not proceed, waitlist data will be deleted within 12 months. Send deletion requests to the contact address below; requests will be handled within 30 days.
You may opt out of waitlist emails and texts by replying STOP or emailing the contact address below.
